Anna's Good Kitchen

Privacy Policy.

Last updated June 6, 2026

Anna's Good Kitchen is a small editorial site about cooking. We try to collect as little personal information as possible while still running a useful site. This page describes what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

Analytics. We use PostHog to understand which pages are visited, how long people stay, and which links get clicked. This helps us decide what to write more of. PostHog collects standard web analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site) and may record sessions of how visitors interact with the site for the purpose of improving usability. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers.

Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to the Sunday Kitchen Note, we collect your email address. We use it only to send the newsletter. We do not share it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

Affiliate clicks. When you click an affiliate link, Amazon will set its own cookies to track the purchase for commission attribution. Those cookies are Amazon's, not ours. Their privacy policy applies once you leave our site.

What we don't collect

  • We do not have user accounts or logins.
  • We do not process payments on this site.
  • We do not collect health, dietary, or medical information.
  • We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Cookies

We use first-party analytics cookies set by PostHog through our own domain (no third-party tracking cookies). Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to read or use the site.

Third parties

We rely on these services to run the site:

  • Vercel hosts the site infrastructure.
  • PostHog provides analytics and session replay.
  • Beehiiv manages the newsletter once you subscribe.
  • Resend delivers messages from the contact form to our inbox.
  • Amazon handles affiliate purchase attribution.

Each of these has its own privacy policy that governs the data they receive. We link directly to relevant policies on request.

Your choices

You can opt out of analytics by enabling Do Not Track in your browser or by using a browser extension that blocks analytics cookies. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. If you want to know what data we hold about you, or want it deleted, reach us through the contact form.

Where we operate

The site is operated from the United States and intended for a US audience. If you visit from another jurisdiction, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
