Kitchen Notes

Pantry & storage.

Glass jars, dry-goods canisters, labeled bins, fridge organizers. The unsexy infrastructure that makes a kitchen actually workable through the week. I have opinions about which jar sizes are useful (the OXO POP 5-quart for flour; the half-pint mason for overnight oats) and which are clutter (the matched 24-piece set). The picks lean toward modular and durable. None of these will change your life, but together they save 10 minutes a week and a lot of frustration. Here is the working list.

Glass meal prep containers being filled with a colorful grain bowl lunch on a marble counter, a row of filled containers with lids waiting beside the board.

The glass food storage set my meal-prep Sundays run on, plus the deli containers every cook secretly swears by, a leak-proof lunch pick, and two more worth knowing.
